Requesting a service
Submitting a form is a request for contact, a quote or a service. It does not confirm availability, a price or an appointment, and does not constitute an order. Each assignment requires an agreed scope, timetable and written acceptance of the proposal.
Scope and responsibilities
Services are currently delivered remotely. The client provides the information and access needed for the agreed assignment through an appropriate secure channel. The agency does not request passwords through these forms. Prices, payment arrangements, cancellation, applicable consumer rights and any limits of liability must be set out in the final contractual documents.
Before an agreement
These pages describe the request process. Contractual terms specific to the publisher’s country, its legal identity and the service must be finalised before accepting orders. No online payment is collected by this version.
